Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Sales-Motivated Priority Officer to join our Melbourne Airport team on a full-time basis. You will deliver express pickup service to Priority Members, provide excellent customer service to all customers, and seek ways to continually improve the customer experience.

A positive, proactive, team-oriented attitude is essential, with flexibility for shift work. Car rental experience is desirable, along with strong communication skills and confidence using computer

About the Candidate

We are currently seeking a sales motivated and customer-oriented Priority Officer to join our Melbourne Airport team on a full time basis!, * Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail

• Car rental experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Confident using computer systems and technology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
• Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
• Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing)
• A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude!
