Job summary

Acclaimed Workforce Pty Ltd seeks a hands-on Machine Operator to operate and maintain digital printing equipment in a fast-paced production setting. You will set up, change over, troubleshoot, and run printers to meet customer specifications while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience with industrial printing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow digital print commands.

The Role

• Setting up, changeovers, troubleshooting and operating printing machinery
• Starting, stopping, cleaning and maintaining printers
• Producing digital print products to customer specifications
• Monitoring quality and identifying defects during the printing process
• Identifying material faults and escalating where required
• Maintaining housekeeping standards within the production area
• Following detailed production instructions and computer print commands

About You

To be considered, you will have:

• Previous experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Computer literacy and ability to follow digital print commands
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
• A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team

Desirable

• Experience in printing, textile or digital production environments
• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing setting
• Flexibility to work additional hours if required
