Job summary

Vinyl Media in Melbourne designs, prints, manufactures and installs decals for caravans. This role blends design work with hands-on print production, offering a genuine mix rather than a desk-only path. Job description

We design, print, manufacture and install decals for new caravans - from concept through to install. We're after someone who wants a genuine mix of design work and hands-on print production, not a desk job in a single lane.

The Role

Print production - regular time on the floor with our production manager, learning our printers, materials and print-file prep from the ground up.

Artworking - working alongside our supply-job coordinator on one-off, custom decal jobs, plus picking up design overflow to support our lead designer.

What You'll Bring

Graphic design/artworking skills, Adobe Suite knowledge a must.

Print production exposure (we will train you on our gear).

Comfort switching between one-off custom jobs and repeatable production work without losing attention to detail.

A hands-on attitude - happy to be at a screen one hour and on the print floor the next.
