Job summary

Australian Merch Co in Noble Park North is seeking an experienced Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. You will work alongside 4 print teams to deliver high-quality outputs for major brands and large events.

Preference for candidates with 1–2 years’ screen printing experience, especially on automatic carousels (M&R/TAS). The role offers a competitive above-award salary and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of screen printing experience.
• Experience on automatic carousels (M&R/TAS International machines).
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Previous printshop environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting up screens for print (taping, cleaning, and general setup).
• Mixing and applying inks to screens.
• Operating TAS/M&R automatics.
• Ensuring prints match job sheets and databases.
• Liaising with Production Managers/Art Team to resolve issues.
• General printshop/warehouse cleaning as required.
• Maintain secure working hours with overtime available.

We're an established Screen Printing and Merchandise Company supplier located in Noble Park North. Our ideal candidate has at least a year or 2 in the screen Print industry already as we are looking for an experienced member to join the team, However we are also looking to bring on an Experienced Screen Printer looking to take the next step into a more established printshop and further their career.

The right candidate will become an integral part of the business working inline with our 4 print teams to get the job done for some of the biggest companies in the country and the biggest music tours!

Qualifications & experience

Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in Screen Printing (Min. 1 Year) specifically on Automatic carousels (M&R / TAS Intl. Machines Specifically) however non essential (Salary is negotiable in relation to work experience) - Printers who have worked primarily on Manual/Hand Carousels and want to take the next step are also welcome to apply.

Any formal education or hands on training with Screen Printing / Print Technology is looked upon favourably.

Attention to detail and Pride in your work are essential - We have a team of rockstars who love what they do and we keep a high standard of work.

Individuals who have not had any print experience will not be considered and need not apply.

Tasks & responsibilities

Setting up screens for print (Taping/cleaning and other general setup requirements if necessary)

Mixing and applying inks to screens

Operating of Screen Print Machinery (TAS/M&R) Auto's

Confirming Prints match job sheets/database

Liaising with Production Managers/Art Team to resolve print issues

General Printshop/warehouse cleaning (where required)

On-going, secure working hours + O/T available.
