KBR Adelaide is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to lead complex defence infrastructure projects. You will provide technical excellence, governance and direction across design, construction and assurance, ensuring safety, quality and compliance while mentoring engineers.

The role focuses on acting as a senior structural authority, resolving complex issues, guiding teams, and supporting major bids with senior technical input in a dynamic defence environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia preferred.
• Registration with RPEQ or RPEV is advantageous or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior structural leadership across complex buildings and defence infrastructure projects.
• Advise on design intent, constructability, sequencing and risk as a senior authority.
• Review and approve structural designs, shop drawings, methods, ITPs and temporary works.
