Job summary

PCR Talent in Sydney is seeking an accomplished Principal or senior Associate Structural Engineer to progress into Director-level leadership. The opportunity includes a realistic 18-month pathway and potential equity participation with performance bonuses.

You'll join an established Sydney multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a strong pipeline in high-rise, commercial and mixed-use projects. You will lead technical delivery, mentor teams and nurture client relationships to shape growth.
