You will shape roadmaps, architect resilient systems, and mentor teams while remaining close to design, code reviews, and modern development practices. Experience in regulated environments is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Experience at principal/staff/lead level.
- Strong software design and architecture capability.
- Experience building and operating complex, high-performance systems at scale.
- Deep knowledge of reliability engineering and modern software development.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Track record of inspiring high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments (advantageous).

- Shape the technical roadmap and engineering strategy.
