Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Principal Solutions Architect to join our Digital Transformation team in the UK. You will lead high-value technical engagements, design complex reference architectures, and drive partner co-sell innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will serve as the technical voice of the customer, bridging the gap between sophisticated solution design and compelling storytelling to convert demonstrations into long-term strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Track record selling with or to hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong ability to craft technical narratives and demonstrate value.
• Experience applying AI/ML to daily workflows and complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Solutioning: design and deliver reference architectures and blueprints for complex enterprise needs.
• Drive Ecosystem Collaboration: partner with Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and internal teams to co-create digital solutions.
• Ensure Architectural Excellence: oversee technical integrity of designs and POCs, aligning with standards and regulations.
