Job summary

NSW Fair Trading is transforming how it delivers digital services for NSW. The Principal Engineer role sits in the Fair Trading Digital program, delivering Salesforce solutions, platform engineering, and release governance across environments in a hybrid work setup.

You will lead Apex, LWC, OmniStudio and Experience Cloud work, build scalable CI/CD pipelines, partner with product managers and vendors, and ensure secure, reliable deployments while supporting NSW Government standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce platform expertise including development, configuration and administration.
• Experience delivering Salesforce implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience establishing and managing Salesforce CI/CD and release management processes.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce technical disciplines (Apex, integrations, LWC, JavaScript).
