Talent Nation, a specialist ESG, environment and sustainability recruitment firm, is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team. You will lead senior, retained searches and own high-level client relationships, shaping strategy with our Directors and acting as a trusted adviser at board level.

You’ll bring a substantial track record in senior recruitment, a genuine network in ESG/sustainability, and the credibility to represent Talent Nation’s name in the market.

• Senior recruitment consultant with demonstrated success in a retained search model.
• Ability to win and retain significant client relationships at senior levels.

Mansioni

• Own senior and complex retained search mandates across ESG, sustainability, climate and energy, often at executive and board level.
• Win new retained client relationships through your reputation and network.
• Advise clients on talent strategy and market conditions, not just briefs.
• Contribute to Talent Nation's commercial strategy, market positioning and growth priorities.
• Shape how the team briefs and searches, sharing expertise with less experienced consultants.
• Represent Talent Nation publicly as a recognised voice in the ESG and sustainability recruitment market.
