Job summary

Jemena in Melbourne, Victoria is seeking a Principal Reliability Engineer to shape the reliability performance of our electricity network. This high-impact leadership role requires bringing people, data and ideas together to drive measurable improvements for customers and communities.

You will leverage extensive experience in electricity distribution, reliability engineering and network operations to develop investment cases and translate insights into action, with Chartered status desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline; Chartered status desirable.
• Extensive experience in electricity distribution and reliability engineering.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional improvement programs.

At Jemena Electricity Networks, we're looking for a collaborative and strategic Principal Reliability Engineer to shape the reliability performance of Victoria's electricity network.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll bring people, data and ideas together to improve customer outcomes, drive innovation and deliver measurable improvements across SAIDI, SAIFI, MAIFI and STPIS performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience in electricity distribution, reliability engineering, network operations, planning or asset management
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional improvement programs
• Strong knowledge of reliability performance, outage management and network operations
• Experience developing investment cases and translating insights into action
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Chartered status desirable)
