The Department of Justice is seeking a Principal Project Officer – Operational Performance in Melbourne to lead data, reporting and reform work that improves services for victims. You will guide a team of three senior project officers and set clear priorities to deliver better outcomes.
Responsibilities include leading technical work on performance reporting, analysing service data to identify risks and changing needs, and producing clear briefs and advice on complex issues.
Victims, Redress and System Reform (VRSR) is responsible for the delivery and reform of services to victims of crime, and direct service provision through programs for victims of crime, ensuring they receive individualised, timely and effective support to manage the effects of violent crime.
VRSR also oversees a number of Victoria's Redress Schemes which acknowledge the impacts of past policies and actions on the lives of people in different settings.
