Job summary

The Victorian Department of Health invites applications for a role within the Program Delivery Unit, responsible for delivering digital transformation initiatives for DH and DFFH as a shared service. The role supports the planning, delivery and governance of new or enhanced business solutions, including COTS and reporting platforms, often via in‑house agile teams or vendor partnerships.

About the role:The Program Delivery Unit is responsible for delivering digital transformation initiatives for both the Department of Health (DH) and the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) in the capacity of a shared service. This includes the delivery of new or enhanced business solutions, the procurement and implementation of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions, and reporting solutions.Projects within this unit strictly adhere to the approved Project Delivery Methodology (PDM) and are usually executed by in-house agile teams, in partnership with external vendors, or by procuring services from external system integrator vendors.About us:At the Victorian Department of Health we want a future where Victorians are the healthiest people in the world.
