Job summary

Halcyon Knights is seeking a senior Principal Identity Architect in South Australia with hybrid working. You will own complex identity designs for clients, lead the technical support team, and help shape how the practice grows.

Design IAM, PAM and IGA solutions from strategy through deployment, act as the trusted technical voice for client stakeholders, mentor the team, and craft winning designs and tender responses. Strong experience with Entra ID, M365, and HRIS integration is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in identity, security or infrastructure.
• Hands-on with at least one: Entra ID, Ping, Saviynt, Delinea, CyberArk or Okta.
• Hands-on across access management, PAM and IGA.
• Strong recent experience with Entra ID, AAD Connect and M365.
• Integration with HRIS/HRIS systems, SIEM or SCIM.
• Previous client-facing experience with written design documentation.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

Our client is a specialist security consultancy. IAM, PAM and identity governance is their bread and butter, and they're growing quickly with clients across Australia.

They're looking for a senior/principal architect who sits between hands-on delivery and leadership: owning complex identity designs for clients, leading the technical support team and helping shape how the practice grows.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and delivering IAM, PAM and IGA solutions for a range of clients, from strategy and architecture through to configuration, testing and deployment
• Being the trusted technical voice for client stakeholders and explaining complex ideas clearly
• Leading and developing the support team, including work allocation, training plans and performance reviews
• Writing the documents that win and land work: designs, architecture, options analysis and tender responses
• Evaluating new technologies alongside key vendors

Must Have

• 7+ years in identity, security or infrastructure
• hands-on experience with at least one of these: Entra ID, Ping, Saviynt, Delinea,CyberArk, Okta
• Hands-on experience across access management, PAM and IGA
• Strong recent experience with, Entra ID, AAD Connect and M365 experience
