Job summary

Anthesis Esp is seeking a Principal Consultant for Reporting & Disclosure to lead complex STaR engagements in Australia, shaping sustainability strategy and governance across clients. You will manage project delivery, provide technical leadership, and drive growth of Anthesis' reporting services in the region, mentoring teams and expanding client partnerships.

The role is client-facing, requires senior leadership, and is based in Australia with potential for major city placements.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant qualification in sustainability, finance, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, or related disciplines.
• More than 6 years' experience in sustainability advisory fundamentals and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of sustainability consulting engagements with on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.
• Provide senior-level technical oversight, input, and quality assurance on deliverables.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, advising on reporting, governance and sustainability strategy.
• Draft, review and present high-quality reports, presentations and workshops per project scope.
• Lead business development for mandatory and voluntary sustainability reporting, strategy and materiality work.
• Mentor and develop senior and junior consultants and contribute to practice growth.
