Job summary

Onterris Australia Pty. in Adelaide is seeking a Principal Environmental Assessment and Approvals Consultant to lead complex environmental projects and collaborate across disciplines.

You will deliver approvals strategies for major clients across South Australia and nationally, drive business development, present at external meetings, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior staff to lift team capability.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Planning or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental approvals and impact assessments for SA and/or interstate.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing reports and submissions.

We are looking for a Principal Environmental Assessment and Approvals Consultant to join our Adelaide team.

This role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:

• Delivering approvals strategy for major clients across South Australia and nationally

• Developing and reviewing quality management systems


• Mentoring and training junior staff

Your Expertise and Skills

• Tertiary qualification s from a recognised institute in Environmental Science,Planningor related field


• In-depth knowledge of environmental approvals and impact assessments for South Australia and/or interstate


• Solid understanding of state and Commonwealth environmental legislation


• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing reports, referrals, EIS/EMP documentation and submissions
