Job summary

St John Bosco Catholic Primary School Engadine in Sydney seeks a committed Catholic educational leader to provide strong instructional leadership and drive whole-school improvement. You will build positive relationships with staff, students, families and the Parish, and mentor others to develop leadership capacity across the school.

The role requires postgraduate qualifications in leadership or a related field, and eligibility under the Accreditation Policy to work, teach and lead in NSW.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualification in Leadership, Religion, Theology or related field.
  • Requirements of Category E Accreditation or willingness to meet in first contract term.

You will have attained the following:

  • postgraduate qualifications or Masters in Leadership, Religion, Theology or a relevant educational field
  • the requirements of Category E in the Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach and Lead or agree to meet these requirements in your first contract term.

Principal appointments are temporary and may be renewed, subject to satisfactory performance, for up to a maximum of 10 years at a particular school.
