Liaise with external counterparties, including clearing brokers, custodians, and service providers, to resolve operational issues and ensure service quality. Support communication with internal stakeholders on operational performance, exceptions, and risks.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Adhere to regulatory and internal policies, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and MiFID II. Monitor key risk indicators and support the implementation of controls to mitigate operational risks. Assist in preparing for audits, regulatory reviews, and stress testing exercises.

  • Skilled at diagnosing and resolving issues, with a precise and thorough approach throughout.
  • Skilled in communicating clearly and working constructively with teammates in a collaborative setting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a hectic environment.
