Job summary

Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator based in Australia, seeks a Principal Consultant to lead Azure data solutions architecture and delivery. You will engage C-level clients, architect Azure data platforms, and produce artefacts and proposals.

The role blends pre-sales, design and delivery, with opportunities to advance through upskilling and promotions. The position is hybrid, with two days in Perth CBD and a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation and knowledge sharing within a

Qualifications

• Significant experience in professional services with end-to-end pre-sales, architecture, design and delivery.
• Hands-on design, building and implementation of Microsoft solutions based around Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• Strong experience with the Azure Data platform including Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake and Fabric.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Fabric & Power BI.
• Strong Python skills and experience with Azure OpenAI integration and deployment.
• Familiarity with GPT models and prompt engineering on Azure.
• Experience building multi-agent systems; dbt experience highly desired.

As a Principal Consultant, You Will Be a Sales Focused Technology Specialist, Who Is Viewed As a Trusted Advisor By Our Clients. We Will Count On You To Act As The Technical Lead On Projects, Overseeing a Number Of Technical/Delivery Consultants On Larger Engagements. Along The Way, You Will Get To

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
• Significant experience in professional services, with end-to-end experience across pre-sales, architecture, design and delivery.
• Demonstrated hands on experience in designing, building and implementing Microsoft solutions based around Azure IaaS and PaaS
• Solid experience with the Azure Data platform including Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Fabric & Power BI
• Strong Python skills
• Proven experience with Azure OpenAI integration and deployment.
• Familiarity with GPT models, and prompt engineering on Azure.
• Experience building multi-agent systems
• Experience with dbt highly desired
