Quantium is looking for a Senior Consultant, AI Solutions to partner with Australia's largest enterprises to define AI vision and drive transformative change across the business. You will lead discovery, value mapping and roadmaps, translating ambitious outcomes into actionable plans and metrics, while guiding cross-functional teams from strategy through to scaled implementation and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, or AI advisory within a top-tier consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, or specialist strategy houses)
• Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives
• Experience in value realisation, business case development, and benefits tracking
• Track record of delivering large-scale transformations, with strong analytical capabilities and ability to work across technical and business domains

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and value mapping to identify AI opportunities and tangible ROI
• Translate business ambitions into actionable AI roadmaps and roadmaps including prioritisation

As a Senior Consultant, AI Solutions, you'll work with Australia's biggest companies to figure out how AI can transform their business. This is strategic advisory work where you'll spend time with senior executives defining AI vision, building transformation roadmaps, and driving enterprise-wide change that delivers real value.
