Sestra People is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer to lead the evolution of its AWS cloud and AI platform capabilities within a large enterprise setting. You will own platform strategy, architecture, automation, and engineering standards across a modern AWS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep AWS expertise across services: EKS, ECS, EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, RDS, Route 53, S3, CloudWatch.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Security, Observability and Monitoring, Platform Automation.
• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to influence technical direction and drive engineering excellence.
