We are seeking an accomplished Principal / Associate Director of Structural Engineering for a senior leadership opportunity within an ambitious engineering consultancy.

This is not a position for someone who wants to step away from engineering completely. We are looking for a structural leader who still enjoys major projects and complex engineering, but whose experience has developed considerably beyond technical design.

Technical credibility remains important.

You need to be capable of walking into a difficult design meeting, understanding the engineering problem and earning the respect of experienced structural engineers, architects, contractors and clients.

But at Principal / Associate Director level, technical capability is expected. What separates the right person is what they can do with it.
