Job summary

Rio Tinto is seeking an experienced UAT Project Manager to lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation within our Modern ERP program. The role requires strong program governance, cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record delivering ERP UAT outcomes on complex initiatives.

Join a 12-month+ engagement within Rio Tinto's Group Finance, contributing to business readiness, change management, and a smooth transition to the future-state solution

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong project delivery experience within ERP, enterprise technology, or digital transformation programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of project teams in complex and fast-paced environments.
• Experience delivering technology projects and process improvements or/and software deployments with end-to-end UAT leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Expertise in project management, governance, risk and issue management, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on delivery outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and outcome / solution-focused approach.

About the Role

Join our Modern ERP Program as a UAT Project Manager, leading the planning, preparation, successful execution, and close out of User Acceptance Testing across a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation. We are seeking an experienced project management professional with demonstrated leadership experience and a proven track record of delivering successful ERP UAT outcomes. The role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement, governance and execution capabilities to drive business readiness, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support a successful deployment and adoption of the solution.

What You’ll Be Doing
