About The Role

We are looking for a Principal Adviser to support the delivery of performance reporting and analytics solutions within our Finance Domain - Business Performance Management (BPM) stream, helping the business make better, faster decisions through trusted insights.

This is a great opportunity for a collaborative, adaptable finance professional who enjoys working across stakeholders and technology-enabled solutions to improve business performance outcomes.

Reporting to the hiring leader and working in a collaborative, agile environment within the Finance Domain - BPM team, you will be

  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand performance reporting and analytics requirements
  • Translating business needs into scalable reporting, analytics and performance management solutions
  • Supporting the transition to evolving finance and planning platforms and ensuring solutions are embedded
  • Providing analysis and insight that improves decision-making and performance outcomes
  • Contributing to governance, data integrity and disciplined reporting practices
  • Driving continuous improvement, standardisation and scalability of reporting processes and outputs
  • Collaborating effectively across a globally distributed team and agile ways of working
  • Working with internal and external partners to support delivery and adoption
About You
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Experience in management accounting / finance with strong capability in performance reporting and analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualisation/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
  • Experience working with ERP / finance platforms (SAP experience is highly regarded) and strong data fluency
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • A collaborative, agile mindset with sound judgement handling sensitive data and a focus on customer value
