Westminster School Council invites applications from exceptional educational leaders for the position of Principal.

The Role

Reporting to the School Council and as Chief Executive Officer, the Principal will:

• Lead the implementation of Westminster’s Strategic Plan while preserving and strengthening the School’s distinctive culture, sense of purpose and community.
• Inspire excellence in teaching, learning, wellbeing and Adventurous Education across the Early Learning Centre to Year 12.
• Foster a culture where students, staff and families experience authentic relationships, belonging and shared success.
• Develop leadership capability and empower others to contribute to a thriving and connected school community.
• Provide thoughtful stewardship of the School’s people, governance, resources and long-term sustainability.
• Guide Westminster confidently through a rapidly changing educational landscape, embracing innovation and emerging technologies while remaining grounded in the School’s enduring values.
