Job summary

Dahlsens, a long‑standing family‑owned timber and building materials supplier in Australia, invites you to join as a Prime Mover Driver at our Hume ACT plant. You will load, transport and unload timber components to trade customers, upholding safety and accuracy on every trip.

You will hold an HC licence with DG, LF, RB and crane-operations certs, and bring a proven, clean driving history. The role offers a supportive team, competitive hourly rate, and opportunities to grow with a 145‑year‑old

Qualifications

• Current HC driver’s licence is mandatory.
• DG, LF, RB and vehicle loading crane licences are mandatory.
• Clean driving record with no infringements.
• Experience in warehouse or yard environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload prefabricated frames, trusses and materials.
• Operate vehicle loading crane when required.
• Secure deliveries with bearers and ties.
• Deliver to trade customers across ACT and surrounding region.
• Maintain delivery paperwork and vehicle checks.
• Communicate with the plant for delivery instructions.
