Job summary

Quality People is urgently seeking a Program Scheduler for a 24-month contract on the Sunshine Coast to support a major infrastructure delivery team. The role focuses on keeping programs on time, within budget, and within scope, requiring advanced scheduling with Primavera P6, Excel, and Microsoft Project.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of civil infrastructure planning and strong mentoring abilities to coach staff in scheduling best practices. Government project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ civil commercial planning, construction scheduling and reporting experience for civil infrastructure projects.
• Detailed knowledge and extensive experience in the Oracle Primavera Suite and other applications such as Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
• Training, supporting, mentoring and coaching staff in general scheduling practise and in the use of Primavera P6.
• Demonstrated experience in the planning and scheduling of road and/or transport infrastructure projects
• Sound knowledge of the relevant construction techniques and practices.

Our client URGENTLY requires a Program Scheduler for 24 months + Contracts on the Sunshine Coast.

We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to provide critical support to a significant infrastructure delivery team. This role focuses on ensuring project delivery remains within agreed time, budget, and scope.

Skills and Experience required includes:
