Job summary

St Patrick's Primary School Lochinvar in Lochinvar, NSW seeks a permanent full-time Primary Coordinator to join the leadership team from January 2027. The role focuses on strategic learning initiatives, school improvement, and high-quality teaching across K-6, within a Catholic education context.

The position requires collaboration with the leadership team, data-informed decision making, and a commitment to providing engaging, wellbeing‑focused learning experiences for students.

Qualifications

• Must be Catholic with a clear understanding of Catholic education and mission
• Ability to promote innovative teaching and learning practices across KLA
• Demonstrated admin/management skills for assessments and programs
• Capacity to use data to improve outcomes and support leadership

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to promote learning and excellence
• Develop, implement, and oversee strategic learning initiatives
• Monitor and review school improvement initiatives and compliance
• Lead and support quality teaching programs and learning outcomes
• Model contemporary pedagogical practices and promote reflective practice
• Support staff development and professional growth
• Identify learning experiences to support staff wellbeing and student development
• Know students well to provide engaging and inclusive learning experiences
