Holy Family Primary Emerton is seeking a skilled Primary K-6 Teacher for Term 4. This temporary, part-time position (0.6 FTE, 3 days/week) involves delivering high-quality learning within the Catholic education framework and collaborating with the school community under CSPD guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structuring lessons to meet physical, social and intellectual development, including religious education.
• Ability to interpret student assessment data to diagnose barriers to learning and improve performance.
• Create safe, inclusive and challenging learning environments with fair behavior management.
• Plan, teach, assess and report to parents/carers across the learning cycle.
• Engage with school communities to strengthen links between home and school.

Responsibilities

• Structure lessons to meet development and Key Learning Areas, including Religious Education.
• Develop and teach programs with developmentally appropriate strategies.
• Create safe, inclusive learning environments and implement behaviour management.
• Operate through planning, teaching, assessing, and reporting to parents/carers.
• Engage with school communities to enrich the educational context.
