Job summary

Bidwill Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead patient care programs, focusing on chronic disease management and preventative health in collaboration with General Practitioners. The role includes GPMP/TCAs, targeted health assessments, broad vaccination delivery, wound care, triage, and administrative support within a well-established, mixed-billing practice.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in chronic disease management and GP care plans.
• Immunisation certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong wound care and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop/manage GPMPs and TCAs.
• Perform health assessments for specific age groups and Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Health.
• Deliver vaccinations including NIP, travel, and flu vaccines with cold chain management.
• Perform wound assessments and dressings; manage triage and minor procedures.
• Maintain patient records and support practice administration.
