Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for Green Valley, NSW. This permanent full-time role offers the chance to work with a collaborative team of experienced nurses and GPs, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive environment.

We value a nurse who is registered with AHPRA, has experience in General Practice or acute care, and demonstrates strong time management and excellent communication to support positive patient outcomes and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in General Practice or acute care.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Administer immunisations and manage post-vaccine observations.
• Triage and prioritise emergency situations.
• Support GPs with minor surgical procedures.
• Wound care, including dressings and suture removal.
• Provide patient education to support health outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice culture.
