Job summary

Mobis Parts Australia is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing & Parts Analyst to join our Marketing & Strategy team. The role supports pricing administration, parts data maintenance and pricing analysis, under the guidance of the Marketing & Strategy team.

You will work with data, perform pricing surveys, manage purchase price updates, and maintain data in AMOS. Strong Excel and SQL skills, good communication, and meticulous records are essential as you collaborate with Sales, Inventory and Finance

Mobis Parts Australia is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pricing & Parts Analyst to join our Marketing & Strategy team.

This role provides support across pricing administration, parts data maintenance and pricing analysis. Working under the guidance of the Marketing & Strategy team, you will assist with pricing surveys, approval requests, purchase price updates, model information maintenance and routine pricing monitoring.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail and is keen to develop their knowledge of pricing, parts operations and business systems.

In this role, you will:

Assist with preparing pricing approval requests using approved templates and guidelines.

Support price competitiveness surveys by collecting, organising and checking pricing information.

Assist with the management of unpriced parts and purchase price updates.

Maintain model, pricing and purchase price data in AMOS and related systems.

Prepare basic pricing, margin and left-hand/right-hand comparison reports for review.

Identify and escalation pricing discrepancies, missing information and data issues.

Maintain accurate working files and records to support pricing governance and audit requirements.

Work collaboratively with the Sales, Inventory, Finance and Accessory Business teams.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, filtering and simple calculations.

Working knowledge of SQL.

An interest in learning pricing, parts and system processes.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

The ability to manage assigned tasks and meet agreed deadlines.

A positive attitude, a collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous learning.

Previous experience in pricing & automotive industry will be a plus.
