Job summary

PFD Food Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Support, Pricing Coordinator or Commercial Administrator to enhance pricing accuracy and reporting. You will manage pricing files, generate reports in Excel and support tender submissions across the business.

You will partner with sales teams and branch leaders to deliver timely pricing insights, investigate discrepancies and ensure data integrity while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support, pricing, administration coordination role.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filters, lookups and data analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate pricing and reporting data.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

About this Position

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Support, Pricing Coordinator or Commercial Administrator looking to build on their analytical and reporting skills. You'll be responsible for pricing administration, reporting, claims and tender support while partnering with sales stakeholders across the business. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
