Job summary

mecwacare seeks a Pricing Analyst to support commercial decision-making by developing pricing models and analysing service profitability across its Victorian services. • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or related discipline.
• CA/CPA qualification or working towards qualification is advantageous.

• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with large datasets and translating analysis into insights.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Healthcare, aged care, NFP or service-based industry experience is valued.

Reporting into the Finance team, the Pricing Analyst will play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making through the development, maintenance and analysis of pricing models across mecwacare's services. This position will partner closely with Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders to ensure pricing structures remain commercially sustainable, competitive and aligned with evolving government funding frameworks.

About You

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.

• Experience within healthcare, aged care, NFP or other service-based industries will be highly regarded.
