Job summary

SCOR Australia invites applications for a Pricing Actuary to support ANZ Retail, Group and FinSol reinsurance propositions. You will deliver high-quality work to support the ANZ pricing team and broader strategic initiatives, collaborating with underwriting, claims and valuation teams.

Responsibilities include pricing reinsurance for AU/NZ treaties, performing experience analyses, maintaining pricing models and preparing reports for the Head of Pricing.

Qualifications

• Qualified actuary with minimum 5 years in insurance/reinsurance.
• Pricing experience in group or individual pricing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and actuarial software PROPHET; Python knowledge.
• Ability to work in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Price reinsurance business for SCOR Australia and New Zealand treaties.
• Support portfolio performance reviews and analysis.
• Prepare pricing reports for the Head of Pricing.
• Support SCOR Global Life Australia client requirements.
• Ensure pricing basis conforms to pricing guidelines.
• Maintain and enhance pricing models.
• Support ad hoc projects from Head of Pricing.
