MECCA Melbourne Central is seeking a Zone Manager (3IC) on a secondment until January 2027, 30 hours per week, to lead and coach a large retail team and deliver MECCA-level service.

You will drive KPIs, inspire the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding MECCA values. Late evenings and weekends availability preferred; join a purpose-driven brand focused on beauty, education opportunities, and employee wellbeing.
