Job summary

Mighty Me Early Learning Centre in Sefton, NSW, is seeking an experienced early childhood educator to step into a key leadership role within our Preschool program and lead the room with confidence. You will have the opportunity to also take on Educational Leader and/or 2IC responsibilities within our small, high-quality service, with an emphasis on educational excellence and family partnerships.

The centre operates 7:00am–6:00pm and offers above-award wages based on experience, plus structured

Qualifications

• A Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in early childhood education.
• At least 1 year experience as a Room Leader is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
• Current First Aid & CPR required.
• Valid WWCC and Child Protection training.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a high-quality educational program.
• Support children’s development across all domains.
• Mentor and guide educators within the room.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and centre-wide practice.
• Ensure compliance with the NQS and National Regulations.
• Build strong relationships with families and the team.
