ANZUK Education is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead the Preschool Room in the Eastern Suburbs. Join a well-established ELC committed to 5-star care, with supportive owners, a longstanding director, and opportunities for growth.

You will deliver a play-based curriculum, foster strong relationships with children and families, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the team of educators to support their professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent.
• NESA Teaching Accreditation
• WWCC
• Proven 2+ years experience in a Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
• A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• GECCKO Child Safety Training
