Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT's Airlie Preschool in Oatlands is seeking a passionate Nominated Supervisor and Service Director to lead our preschool service for the school terms. You will mentor educators, oversee daily operations to meet National Quality Standards, foster inclusive relationships with children and families, guide curriculum to promote belonging, wellbeing and curiosity, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, at least 3 years as Teacher or

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Teacher or Early Learning Leader
• Experience as a Nominated Supervisor and Director
• Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and early childhood best practice
• Strong leadership experience, communication and organisational skills
