Job summary

Marrickville Rd Preschool, operated by Innerwest Preschools, is seeking a Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead a dedicated team. This leadership role focuses on mentoring educators, building positive relationships with children and families, and delivering high-quality early childhood education.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, experience as a Director in an ECEC service, and a strong understanding of the NQF.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Strong knowledge of the NQF and child safety standards.
• Experience as a Director in an Early Childhood Service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, Child Safe Standards, and QIP.
• Support and mentor educators to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Assist with rostering and staffing across 4 or 5 days per week.
• Manage enrolments, records, and reporting using OWNA.
