Lucas Collective in Melbourne is seeking experienced waitstaff or runners to join its award-winning hospitality group. You will deliver exceptional guest service across premium dining spaces, collaborating with a dynamic team in a busy environment.

We value adaptability, attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. This role requires flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts, with opportunities for on-floor training and career development.

• Experience as a section waitstaff or runner in a premium restaurant.
• Proven ability to exceed guest expectations.
