Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational management experience in student accommodation, hospitality, or related residential sector.
• Degree in hospitality, business management or related field preferred.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Proven leadership with strong communication and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and key operational areas (resident engagement, compliance, maintenance coordination, staff support).
• Support the broader accommodation function and contribute to administrative and management tasks.
• Assume full control in the Accommodation Manager's absence to ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate with Accommodation Manager to oversee site operations per policies and procedures.
• Report directly to the Accommodation Manager; help achieve business objectives and maintain quality standards.
