Job summary

Gema Group is seeking a Corporate Hospitality Coordinator to lead premium experiences across Accor Stadium and CommBank Stadium in Sydney's Olympic Park.

You will coordinate with hirers, manage event-day requirements, work with venue, catering and events crews, and tailor packages to suit each client.

The role requires availability for event days, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety, quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admin tasks including event documentation, invoicing
• Coordinate event-day logistics including corporate area setup, catering and venue readiness
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure event requirements are communicated and delivered effectively
• Tailor packages for suites, lounges and functions to suit each client
• Planning and running corporate events from first enquiry to post-event follow-up
• Maintaining service, presentation and hygiene standards and acting on guest feedback
• Tracking budgets and revenue targets, and flagging opportunities to grow
• Working within our IMS and quality, safety and environment standards
