Job summary

As a commercially minded leader, you will coach a team, manage events, showcases and product launches, while building relationships with architects, designers and partners to grow direct-to-consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in showroom management.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated sales focus with a results-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
• Food Safety Supervisor certification.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent industry experience.

• Oversee product launches and inspiring showcases.
• Plan and host events, trainings and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with chefs and brand partners to create unique experiences.
• Develop an engaging events calendar to connect customers and partners.
