Global Retail Brands is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Custom Chef & Cook Shop concession within Myer Miranda. You will drive sales, coach your team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a premium department store setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or concession leader in retail.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results.
• Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Passionate about kitchenware, cooking, and helping customers create great experiences.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own concession performance and achieve sales, profit, and KPI targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards.
• Recruit, induct, and develop team members.
• Maintain store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and well-presented concession environment.
