Global Retail Brands' Myer Shellharbour concession is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Custom Chef & Cook Shop presence. This hands-on role focuses on driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a premium department store setting in Shellharbour.

You will own performance against sales, KPI targets, manage stock and merchandising, recruit and develop staff, handle rostering and admin, and uphold safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or concession leader in retail.
• Strong sales focus and results-driven mindset.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets
• Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service
• Managing stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards
• Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members
• Maintaining store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements
