CBRE is seeking a Workspace Experience Manager to lead operations for the Flex by IFM Investors space in Melbourne CBD. You will be the face of the space: coordinating bookings, guest relations and ensuring a seamless, premium experience for tenants and visitors.

This hands-on role covers operations, client service, sales support and community building, with occasional out-of-hours client events. You’ll collaborate with tenants and guests to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in property, coworking, hospitality or workspace management.
• Strong communicator and confident multitasker.
• Tech‑savvy with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Composed under pressure and committed to top‑tier service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including bookings, enquiries, room set-up, AV, tech support and catering.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate maintenance as required.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenants and guests.
• Maintain accurate records across bookings, contracts and invoicing.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives to grow occupancy.
• Assist with reporting, budgeting and financial tracking.
• Contribute to precinct events, community activities and out-of-hours client bookings as required.
