Job summary

Peoplebank, in collaboration with Leaders IT, is seeking a High Touch Operations Manager in Perth to lead premium enterprise service delivery and drive operational excellence. You will act as the trusted advisor and escalation point for key customers, coordinating rapid incident resolution and stakeholder engagement.

You will build relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams, deliver operational reviews and QBRs, and ensure adoption of support services aligned with the customers'

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service delivery, customer success, or a support operations environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
• Experience in incident and problem management within enterprise environments.
• Solid networking and IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Cisco products and services expertise; CCNA/CCNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of premium support services for key enterprise customers.
• Manage escalating issues and coordinate internal teams to ensure timely incident resolution and maximize service availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and operational teams.
• Deliver operational reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing insights and demonstrating service value.
• Drive adoption of support services and align customer business requirements with technical solutions.
