Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in the bar industry.
• Valid Australian working rights with NSW RSA Comp Card.
• Cocktail knowledge; additional training provided.
• Wine knowledge and cash handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through engaging service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and spirits to standards.
• Provide upselling and product knowledge to enhance experience.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with laws.
• Process transactions accurately using POS; handle cash.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
