Job summary

Accor's ibis Styles Sydney Central in the heart of Sydney's CBD is seeking an hands-on Bartender to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences at Mee So. You will craft and serve both classic and innovative cocktails, working closely with the Venue Manager to support daily bar operations.

The role requires strong cocktail knowledge, excellent customer service, effective communication, and a positive, energetic attitude. RSA certification is essential for responsible service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bartender or bar service role, with a strong understanding of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverages.
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Confident cocktail-making skills, with the ability to deliver both classic and innovative drinks with consistency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• A positive, energetic and professional attitude, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to responsible service.
• A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
